NextGen Aviation Leadership

Event: Nov 26, 2024 | Messe Munich

Shaping the next generation of aviation leaders

NextGen Aviation Leadership is an initiative to develop the industry’s future leaders by empowering young professionals with the knowledge, experience, and relationships to meet critical aviation challenges throughout their careers.

The next event will take place as part of the Aviation Forum Munich 2024.

The aim of the event is to provide young leaders and talents from the aviation industry with a platform for mutual exchange and professional and personal development. Thus, they can build their own network with other companies and industry segments. Through collaborative work, young leaders will be enabled to shape and drive change in the industry.

The target group of participants are young leaders and professionals (no career starters, 5-10 years of professional experience).
